Which schematic do you have?  There are at least four versions.  The 
"correct" schematic for your receiver would be 11017625900.  

Most likely you will find that your extra components are the result of 
circuit modifications/additions where the reviser wasn't careful about 
the numbers.  If you look at earlier schematic versions you will 
probably find your "missing" numbers have been removed.  Since this 
equipment wasn't made for sale to the government, Drake didn't follow 
the "change order" procedures like Collins did.  You will also find a 
few units with some changes NOT shown on the "correct" schematic.  The 
only suggestion I have would be to list the missing ones as "unused" and 
the duplicates as R8a and R8b with a note of explanation.
