Yup.  Mine did the same thing.  What it is, is IM continually re-initializes 
the modem.  Every 5 min. I think.  I called support about it and all they 
told 
me was "It's suppose to do that".  So I just turned off the screen saver and 
called it good.  I am running 3 of the same modems as you and an old Supra 
144 
LC with SynchroNet, and have InterMail on my 3rd Node.  I know I wasn't much 
help, but I hope I cleared things up for you.
