Check out the menu entries in the PXDLITE.INI file.  The command is probably
looking for a file that can't be found.  On my machine, that command is 
isted
in a section called [UTILITIES] and reads:
 
   Ta&ble Repair=C:\PDOXWIN\TUWUI.FDL
 
If yours is similar, look in the specified directory and make sure you have
a TUWUI.FDL (delivered version of the UI form).  If you've got that form in
another location, then change the path accordingly.  If, OTOH, you have an
.FSL, you can either deliver it (for speed) _or_ change the .FDL to a .FSL.
