In the case of fsxNet and DoREnet, I was only working with my D'Bridge (Hub
instance). When I setup a new network, I get everything working on the
D'Bridge hub first before moving on to anything else.

I was sending messages directly from D'Bridge's internal editor - nothing
else in the picture at the time. They were being flagged as having a
packet password in them.
