Maximus deals with users not nodes.

Maximus can have up to 32 (if I remember correctly) user flags that can be
used to limit what users have access to which areas.  I've been using that
for some private areas.  I don't know if we have tested this code in the
Linux build.  I probably have...  I just don't remember.
