I know who you are, not that we have conversed a lot but just from reading you
in the net.

No road trips will be needed.. :)

The main goal of the FTSC is to document current practice. Practices have a
tendency to change over time so the documents need to keep up with that.

That's a little different than developing software but probably just as
challenging.
