No. You can use one of the Windows95 machines as a server. Just map a drive 
on each of the win95 computer to one machine. Try to use the same drive 
letter on each machine - like Z.

Exchange for Win95 can share across a network. I never have use it to receive 
- however I have used it to send. Works great for a Microsoft product :)
