I did say a 5gal bucket of the same power didn't I? I realize it has to be
a dangerous substance to have the effect, if it's not in a dangerous form
then it won't do much of anything.

Sort of like starting a nuclear war huh?  Perhaps you believe the world
would be a better place if all countries had nukes because then they would
all have to act responsibly and not blow up the world by starting a nuke
war? Sorta like Pakistan and India, had they not been nuclear powers they
most certainly would have escalated the war?

somehow that line of thought doesn't make me feel any safer.
