Micheal,
I do not agree. Neither you nor I have the right to use Mickey -- he is owned
the corporation that created him. We live in a society where intellectual
property -- creative, research or logos -- are owned. This is about the
AOL/Time Warner suit -- and the fact that authors whom I know personally have
been ripped off (no polite way of putting it) by people who believe in "free
