It is also possible that you delivered to him, and for some reason the
packet got put into a "bad mail" category and not tossed further up
the line. That sort of thing can happen because of password
problems sometimes.

I don't know who else he feeds and who might have seen messages in
Echolist echo.

I submitted by email on 5 Nov and got the ACK back via email on 7 Nov.

But have not seen the announcement in the echo (nor any other
announcements since 19 Oct).
