Sorry, nothing concrete ...
But the task of baudot converion is very simple - use an arrays of 32
elements, the index will be the 5 bit baudot, the contents will be the 
ASCII-Code.
More important should be to search for code for FFT and handling the SB.
Perhaps you might also check the source of PKTMON - yep, no SB and no 
baudot, but its pascal and should give you a good start about FFT, timing
of signal and so on ...
