This is another of your excellent paragraphs that I can't adequately
answer. I tend to get too deep in thought trying.

There was a time when I thought that Satan would use religious unity
as a means of deception leading to Beast worship - eg "Parliament
of the World's Religions", "ecumenism", "New Age"
equating Christ
with Buddha, Mahdi etc. He will use any and all of these, of course,
but Islam seems to be set on a course which will bring it into conflict
with all other religions - Buddhism in Tahiland, Hinduism in India,
Catholicism in Philippines etc - and doesn't seem able to coexist.
Islam is currently getting all the attention, but I suspect it is
just the first cab off the rank, and if it is destroyed in Ezekiel
wars, then Catholicism, Dominionism, Mormonism, Buddhism, Judaism
etc will all come to the fore to fill the void.

Yes, which is partly why I suspect that Islam won't be around for much
longer. The world's governments must come to realise that Islam intends
to establish its global Caliphate under Sharia Law, and that non-muslims
will be given "dhimmi" status (non-citizens, basically) ... and that
the "solution" is to destroy Islam instead of the current vague "war
on terror". President Bush seems to be coming around to the view that
Islam isn't the "noble religion" that he once spoke so highly of. It
will be interesting to see what "Ramadan" message he puts out next
month to US Muslims. Incidentally, I trust that no terror attacks
take place as "9/11" anniversary comes up in the next day or two.

Yes, that is why I say that God doesn't need our nuclear weapons when
he executes judgements, but it doesn't mean they can't have a role.
