Hi folks.  Today I am releasing MSGED/SQ 3.1.  It is available
for FREQ from 3:711/934 using magic name "MSGED".  It is 
453885 bytes in size.  It is being hatched into the PDOMAIN TIC
area.  Others may hatch it into other areas, that's up to them.
It is not available on an FTP site, but others may choose to do
that.  It is not available on a site in Europe or USA, but I
expect that to change shortly after this message gets to Europe
or USA.

MSGED/SQ is a public domain (with full source code included in
the archive) editor used to access *.MSG and Squish messagebases,
for both 16-bit DOS and 32-bit OS/2.  Both executables are also
contained in the package.  To recompile MSGED/SQ you need a
version of MSGAPI38.ZIP dated 1995-06-07.  That file is available
for FREQ from 3:711/934 and is 238183 bytes in size.

MSGED_ECHO is the most suitable place for any questions regarding
MSGED/SQ.  The fact that Australia has no link to the outside
world in that echo simply means that I'll get more time for doing
developing.  :-)
