Thanks, I'll concider trying the pellets. I'll get some to see if they like 
it as a treat first. The Nekton calcium supplement I give about twice a week
also. And its the one with Vitamin D and others. I sprinkle a little , about
half of the tiny spoon that the container brings, on eigther the seeds or 
sometimes on their bread. The nest that they use is rectangular, with the 
opening on their right top corner. It has a horizontal devider that ends on a 
bent wire mesh that they can use to climb up ur down. I'm sure you've used
