Effective DECEMBER, 2006 the echolist robot can be reach via routed netmail
and email.

||   The numbering system for the Echolist and the Echolist rule files has
been changed
||   to ELISTyydd and ELRUyydd to allow for correct sorting. The January and
||   March Echolist archives will be rehatched this month with the updated
||   file names.
