How much of the building it contaminated doesn't really matter, they shut
down the whole building didn't they? Isn't that just as good?

Transport tons? My thought was that if saddam has bio weapons or a uranium
bomb he would plant it in his own oilfields to assure that he could destroy
them should it become clear that he had lost power. Kinda like lighting the
kuwaiti oil fields in the 1990 war.
