  I know that the GatorNet Network has a "Sysop Blacklist Echo",
but that's the only "blacklist specific echo" I've seen. I guess
the rest of them just deal with it in their specific "Sysop
echoes".

  Sadly, it's the small minority of users who make things difficult for
everyone else. It hasn't changed in the 25 years I've been a Sysop.
