I've worked in a building which has had three bomb-related evacs and one flood. The
flood was scarier than any of the bomb scares.

I came to work every day. I'd do the same with an anthrax-related scare.

But it would only affect one decent-sized field, of the hundreds the Iraqis
possess. Seems inefficient to me, especially considering you could still
use the
oil there.
