This may not be much help, but the answer is probably "yes" for Win-OS/2.
I don't know exactly what files you would need.

IBM Marketing sent the Aurora testers a CD with a bunch of Microsoft *.AVI
stuff that could not be seen with the native OS/2 prgm.  But the CD included
a setup that ran under Win-OS/2 and installed the supporting files.  So it is
probably among this stuff:
