If wee in maximus login could have a check for asking the user there login
is your node in (some of this nets)
and then comes a list of the nets one by one and the user has to answer
Yes/No to the net and type in his mail nodenumber in the nets and when all
done whill the users answer have set some flags so he only will se msgs for
the nets he has answer yes to and by number. This could then work so if the
user is a new node who like to getting mail by qwk he can be setup to dl
mail pack for the nets echo.
