It most likely has been creating PKT PWs in outgoing mail for quite some
time. The other system (Joe's) just used to ignore it until he recently
upgraded to the latest version, which obviously does not ignore it anymore.

This also seems to be happening with Mark and Paul's systems (DB  Mystic).
