Yup!  That's why Lou Vallone, Carl Wilson and I started the
Warm Water Wimps diving organization.

The beach?  :)
Tampa is nice if he's doing a lot of high-tech computer
work.  My other choice would be West Palm/Ft. Lauderdale.
