I have found this too, though I admit that I laughed the first time I saw it. 
I could not believe dogs liked bananas, and should I say my Pugs loved 
bananas. I thought that was odd. I also laughed when the vet told me to feed 
my Bird people food. He loves everything from Hot dogs to mashed potatoes. My 
Newf loved Tomatoes, it was funny, bring fresh ones home in a basket, he'd 
steal em from the window if they were a little gren and they were sitting 
there to ripen. But grow them out in the garden, he left them alone. go 
figure.
