For those interested in learning about frequency stabilization for L/C
VFO's, here's an interesting link I found.  I wasn't aware this is 15-20
year old technology.  I suspect Conny DL1SDQ's DAFC for the TR7 works along
one of these ideas.

What I like about this is the ability to avoid the external digital VFO idea
like the DDS-2A for the S-line or the new Italian-made  DDS-4 for the Drake
4-line.  While impressive pieces indeed, I prefer to use the stock internal
VFO's in these rigs.  I acknowledge that those seeking computer control of
their Drakes should love the Woodbox Radio DDS-4.
