I think you probably misunderstood my statement above Murry. Yes, we
had the 3 and 4 engine aircraft ferry as I said above. What I said is
I know of none that approve of a 2 engined aircraft trying to ferry on
one engine. We had a Certified Ferry Crew at Tulsa that did it under
certain conditions. It was always nice if it happened to be #3 that was
out on the 727. Gave you a small margin of safety. I agree that it was
basically a stupid procedure also. But you know Companies. They will
do anything to save a buck.

That's pretty much what Richard said in his post. Since I was never
involved with 4,6,7 I really don't know what their procedure was to
