I've run into this issue on Win Vista and 7 machines where Internet Rex
just hangs when run from the ocmmand line using the -f and -s command 
line parameters.  This does not seem to be the case when running the 
parameters as an internal event.


... 2 + 2 = 5 for extremely large values of 2.
