Not on my machine they don't.  The current OS/2 version definitely uses a
block cursor, although I've no idea why, as 2.11 sure didn't.

I have the mouse disabled in Msged, but will check this when I get home, as
I can't see why anything should have changed.  As I said, I actually prefer
the block cursor, so I won't be in any great hurry to "fix" it.
