subject: remote booting under Windows NT

Hi.
I know for a fact that a workstation whose file server is Novell
based can boot w/o any hd or any floppy drive using only a network
card an a bootrom.
What I'd like to know is how do you do it if the file-server is
running Windows NT, the original manual that comes w/ our office's
Windows NT is pretty complicated and it seems like it is not very
detailed.
Can somebody here help me or at least show me a website or share
some information on how to make a workstation from Windows NT using
an RPL boot rom?
Thanks, I really need all the help I can get.
