-> Tried it in my startup folder and the all users folder....it runs
-> from either place....but after REX runs....it shuts down.

    Check the sems directory if REX isn't loaded there shouldn't be a
rexup.0 file. If the config program isn't running there shouldn't be a
rexbusy.0 file. If either program aborts without proper exit those file
are left. Here is the batch file I have that starts rex on my system.

del /q c:\pcb\irex\sems\rexup.0
del /q c:\pcb\irex\sems\rexbusy.0
NET START "Internet Rex"
C:\PCB\IREX\REXW.EXE -daemon

Feel free to customize it to your configuration. I have my batch file
delete the two sem files start rex as a service and run from the command
line also.
