I don't know. I'm only using OS/2 and BSD.
Maybe a different compiled Version of Binkd may help. I've seen a few months
ago a MS-Visual Version of binkd. But I haven't found a actual msvc-version
from binkd.

binkd may have some bugs. But I do not know anything about the tcp/ip stack of
win32.
