World scientists have conferred and established a new unit for the
measurement of of stupidity.

Previously loosely known as "dumb as a box of rocks", the new measurement
will be more precise and is to be known as the Casselli.

Definition of one Casselli is as follows:

A numerical value of 1 Casselli equals absolute stupidity.
Lesser values of stupidity will be defined as fractions
of a Casselli or be designated in negative exponential form
as in the following examples:

10 raised to the power of negative two is 0.1 one on the absolute
stupidity scale or ten percent of a Casselli.

10 raised to the power of negative 3 on the absolute scale of stupidity
will be 0.01 Casselli or 1/100th of a Casselli

A reward of 1 dill pickle will be presented to the enterprising
individual or individuals who can provide an example of a sample 
determined to have a Cassselli coefficient factor of 1.0

Such stupidity is currently not known by science to exist
in nature however the prize of the one dill pickle shall
be presented by a team of world class scientists in the field
to the first group or team capable of demonstrating such stupidity 
to exist.
