I could declare a moratorium on posting the text and just post the links,
but I'll have to ask NASA if that's alright with them.

Meanwhile, I might post something a little off topic next month having to
do with the US Navy's railgun, but I think I'll have to post it in
COFFEE_KLATSCH if I want to follow my own rules here.  (-:0
