Thanks for being patient with me while I figure out where the rocks are in
this lake! It finally came home that "HIDE" isn't the same as "CLOSE".
[DUH!] All the forms which I hide between steps in my program are still
"OPEN", you just don't see them. Thus, adding Application.Terminate to all
the forms' OnClose event works very well.
