Hello Andrew,
Sorry to butt in, for COD you go into a local post office with the goods
you like to send.
And you tell the person behind that you like to send a motherboard COD and
they get you to fill a COD form with the senders name (you) and the person
getting the motherboard (j Purvis) and what the goods are
and the postage is included in the price of the COD eg the person
getting the goods pays for both the COD and postage.
