I just wanted to resolve an issue.. no more, no less. I'm sure he would have
felt the same way if we said there were "bugs" on his end.

Oh, I understand that and from my viewpoint, what we asked Rob to do could be
added into the Informational level as well.  Information is a good thing. :)
