No, Vista, and probably XP with the latest updates, is REAL finicky about
changing hardware and if the NIC address changes, Vista thinks it's a new
NIC and adds up points to the reactivate algorithm. (truly objectionable in
my opinion, a NIC changing should have anything to do with activation.)
