I just purchased a SupraFax 28.8 Ext via the sysop plan.  It's working
great, but I am perplexed why my screen saver in Intermail keeps getting
activated.  It's as though the modem is "checking in" every 30 secs. or
so.  This is my first EXTERNAL modem.  Is this a normal thing?
