In Bill's _Ultimate Scanner_ he shows mods to add a gazillion channels to the 
Pro-2035, as well as adding data squelch.  He mentions that it should be 
possible to add things like a S-meter, center-tune meter, extended delay, 
automatic tape recorder switch, etc.
Is the 2042 still close enough to the 2035 to be able to do the same things 
to it?  Or has galloping integration finally taken its toll?
