Diane, he wrote me and I replied. I can't do anything about getting internet 
e-mail or anything internet related to your Richmond location. For that, the 
BBS has to find a local internet host of it's own.
Rec.pets.birds also has to come from a local internet host. It's not a 
"transferable" message conference like FidoNet's PARROTS.
All I can provide is the BirdNet stuff that originates here on the Bird Info 
Network.
