From what I understand after speaking with Carl Jacobson, Nfb NYC
chap-pres,
NY is getting Newsline funded partially by commission for the blind april
or May.  This would be a less expensive
call for our Canadian friend perhaps.  I'm so thrilled we're getting it
for
when my computer goes down and I loved the newsline in Albuq. when I lived
there,
and LA also has it. so NY is due.  It does cost goodly amounts of money
and
much planning is involved.  It is a blessing to be worked for and to be 
prized and worked hard in order to preserve it by developing other funding
sources.
