I know.
The problem with NT is that a 32bit app cannot pass a hot com port to a 16 
bit app. Argus has found a way around this (I believe by dropping the com 
port and letting the BBS pick it up 'cold') and therefore the 'this is NT's 
problem' no longer stands up.
I agree this is the way NT works, but as there *may* be a work around (I 
don't know if this would have to be implemented any differently under Max to 
get doors working) I think it shoudl be investigated and taken (if it proves 
viable). It will allow those of us running NT to run an NT version of 
ximus.
So please, no more 'this is NT's fault', eh.
