Well, I'm not using Telix regularly any more, but I still remember a
little about SALT!   You might try posting them again.

Probably the same place deltaComm has gone!  They don't seem to be doing
much with Telix any more -- take a look at their web site, and you'll
see that nothing has changed in nearly a year.  Combine that with
declining BBS usage in general, and you get an echo with a lot less
traffic.
