JP :> Thanks ...... my "ugly duckling" is really turning into
JP :>a beautiful "swan" finally
I haven't seen a picture of him in ages! Is he almost gray now? And how
g?
JP :> They are SUPPOSE to be judging conformation etc (so,
JP :>everyone SHOULD have a equal chance in winning).
JP :>Unfortunately, Arabs are not the favorite type horse in
JP :>this area (even if they ARE better sometimes .
Well, I guess X is sooooo good that even the judges had to overcome their
prejudice!
JP :> His ear is healing up nicely now ..... still a little
JP :>bit sore but looks good. He's ALWAYS been a bit 'touchy'
JP :>about his ears (ear mites when he was younger caused him to
JP :>be a bit "testy" about his ears). BUT, he lets ME fool
I remember that! Does he still have that problem?
JP :> Yes ....... on how YOU are presenting the horse (of
JP :>course it helps of the horse is cooperating too ). I
JP :>didn't do to badly ..... was mad at MYSELF for forgetting
JP :>that 3/4 turn ........ Oh well, next time
And when is next time? (g)
JP :> I've been here -- just don't think that all my messages
JP :>are getting out. Yes, I saw your post about the Appy mare
JP :>-- glad that Richard will be riding with you and he likes
JP :>this one . Congratus on finding just the
JP :>"right horse" . Keep us posted on how ya'll are
JP :>doing.
Will do! Between setting up the riding program and teaching Richard all
about horses, I think I should be busy, huh?
JP :> (BTW, how did the "coffee" with the parents of the kids
JP :>go???)
Hasn't happened yet..getting in touch with this Family Services lady is
hard...I keep getting her machine..she calls and gets mine...the phone tag
scenerio. We;ve been playing tag for almost a week now. I wish it would
happen! I'm nervous about it, and the sooner it's over the better!! I just
want to get this thing going...enough preparation already!!
