    I've never seen him actually *banned* from everywhere. He adds life to
some echos. At the moment in ZONE3_SYSOP he is asking why Papua New Guinea
is listed as being in zone 3 if there are no actual nodes in it. "And
I hear sometime NZ get called Australian."
