SEND_100.ARJ, here.  It takes a text file and formats *.msg messages from it.

Function:  SendNet sends NetMail to lists of recepients.

Usage:  SendNet -a -f...
        Where:   is the NetMail directory.
                 is a file containing the message to be sent.

Each message file has the following line format.
    To:   {at}  ---+
    . . . . .                  | At least one recepient must
    To:   {at}     | be specified.  The To and {at}To
    [{at}To:  ]     | lines may be in any order.
    . . . . .                  |

    From:  {at} 
   [Subject: ]
