The actual weapons were destroyed by 1997 after the first Gulf War.

George W. Bush made a mockery of the international standard of justice
rehgarding the cause for war as well as the U.N. charter and Nuremberg
Protocols championed by an American General at the Nuremberg trials
at the end of WWII.
