A better solution would be to make the Arabs happy and invade Israel.

America has a bit over 2 percent of the world's oil.
Iraq has a bit over 10 percent of the world's oil.
Iran has a bit over 12 percent of the world's oil.
And then there is Venezuela, which is ruled by another dictator...
