I am posting this because of the ongoing struggle in various areas of
concern relating to the Ruby Ridge incident, the Waco incident, and
recent relevations about police corruption in the Los Angeles area.
In addition to posting on this conference, I am also cross-posting it to
Fido_Washington Government conference, Fido_Civil Lib conference,
and Fido_Victims Of False Accusations conference.
I have edited out most of the letter but the complaint of Mr. Peters is
that he is incarcerated for a crime which he did not commit.  The
following is his list of people he has contacted, seeking help in
gaining redress for preceived wrongs, and their responses:

   actions.
2.  COMMISSION FOR JUDICIAL CONDUCT, WASH.ST.  They say I 
   am bound by confidence about complaint.
3.  REP. CHRISTOPHER SMITH  He has not responded yet if he will.
4.  NATIONAL LAWYERS GUILD They have not responded yet.
5.  AMERICAN CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION,N.Y. They referred me to the Prison 
   Project, who refused help.
6.  NATIONAL LAWYERS COMMITTEE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS  They do not respond.
7.  NAACP, EDUCATION AND LEGAL DEFENSE FUND they have not responded yet.
8.  REVEREND JESSE JACKSON (RAINBOW COLITION)  He has not responded yet, 
   this time.
9.  SEN. ARLEN SPECTOR He has not responded yet.
10. SEN. BOB DOLE  He has not responded at all.
11. JON WOODSIDE, ATTORNEY, PORTLAND, OR.  He has not responded yet.
12. WILLIAM KUNSTLER He has not responded yet.
13. RANDY SHAW,KHQ CH6 REPORTER (Okay Boys Ranch story) No response yet.
14. WASHINGTON STATE LAW AND JUSTICE COMMITTEE  They have not responded 
   yet.

   they find out who I am.
 
    So, if you know other places to write to, it would help conserve
my limited resorces,,if you know an honest attorney who is available,
that would help maybe end this nitemare.  Any suggestions.

I have a few ideas which come to mind but I am going to forego them and
defer to you, the readers of this.  It will be interesting to me to see
how much response there is and what kind of help is really available.  I
will post a follow-up on this in about 30 days.
