Great, thanks very much, it's safely snagged and I'll try it out asap. I may
have to substitute for the chinese sausage, possibly with our local butcher's
dried sausage, which can't be too far different. I'm not sure about patis,
however we have some Dutch Indonesian friends and I'll ask Jacquie to ask
them about it when she goes to teach them french next Monday.
