  The closest association to you that I know has a web presence would be the 
Olympic Home Based Business Association in Port Angeles, Washington.
  I have one of their newsletters here for May/June.  Their web page was in 
the process of being moved to http://www.bizshop.com/ohbba.htm
  From what I read, the membership is actually composed of home based 
businesses!
  They may have a lead on groups in Portland, Oregon, or you may decide Port 
Angeles is close enough.
